HP: Preferred Partner Programme

It gives Genisys great pleasure to announce that we have successfully met all the eligibility criteria for HP's Preferred Partner Programme. As you may know, this exciting new programme commences on 1 November 2006 . The number of Preferred Partners will be drastically lower than on the old Business Partner scheme. It is anticipated that only around 150 companies across the UK will be awarded status.. In order to achieve this status, a massive investment in training and our knowledge base was required.

Unless you are speaking to an authorised, accredited Preferred Partner, you will not be receiving the best service, access to knowledge or price. HP also recommends that customers contact them directly to clarify that the company they are dealing with is in fact allowed to use the Preferred Partner logo. Is your existing HP supplier a Preferred Partner?

Amongst other things, this gives us access to some innovative new tools that will be rolled out over the coming months, such as our suite of Smart tools:

- SmartSales – online stock availability from HP distributors
- SmartQuote – quick access to HP pricing
- SmartChoice – front-end configurator and quotation tool
- Access to special bid pricing

These are exclusively available to Preferred Partners and will enable us to improve our overall service to you, in a wide range of HP product, solution and service areas.

In addition, Hp has awarded Genisys Specialisation qualification in the following competency areas of expertise:

- Computing Systems
- High-Performance Computing
- Imaging and Printing
- Mobility: Smart Devices
- Networking and Security
- Services

Specialisation programmes are exclusive to certified Preferred Partners, enabling them to develop and showcase their skills in a wide range of areas covering HP products, solutions and services.
