Installation

Genisys offers our clients efficient standard and custom installation services. We can provide engineers to complete a wide range of tasks, including:-

The OnSite Installation
At the customer site, we will assemble, install and test all equipment specified in our terms of installation or agreed prior to the commencement of each project.

User Orientation & Testing
Once the installation is complete, our technicians will familiarise your staff with the basic operations of the hardware or software (if necessary). We will also then completely test the installation prior to leaving site.

Installation Reports
To ensure that the installed system meets the agreed requirements, Genisys will provide a detailed report on the installation process.

Genisys Engineers are:

•  Fully accredited for the Intel / Microsoft platform.

•  Provided with Mobile Phone, Notebook, PDA Devices, toolkit and technical support CD.

•  Able to contact software and hardware vendors for resolution to obscure problems.

•  In contact with Genisys Head office via mobile, PDA or dial in for access to systems or support where necessary.

When the job is completed an ISD is signed by the customer to confirm the work is completed. Under separate cover (and with agreement from the customer) a satisfaction survey will be forwarded for completion giving us feedback which will allow us to monitor and evaluate our internal procedures.
